S10E10: DS-1070Carrie Stokes’ ghost distracts the sheriff, Barnabas is able to overpower and kill him. Barnabas realizes that Julia is under Gerard’s power. Barnabas, Julia and Stokes hold a seance to contact Carolyn; the seance is interrupted and stokes dies. Gerard tries to force Julia to kill herself. The ghost of Carrie leads Julia and Barnabas to a staircase which leads them out of the playroom. They find a girl who does not know who they are.
